HOW TO - post a complaint

This forum replaces the previous method of raising a complaint or non-application request by e-mailing them to fkcomplaints@lists.skynet.ie

From January 1st 2009 all complaints and concerns should be posted here as the skynet list will cease to be monitored after this date.

Once made; a post is no longer visible to the player - or to any other player - and can only be actioned by the FK staff.

The FK staff will review and assess each complaint raised and respond to the poster directly.

As well as dealing with complaints, we also: action deletion requests; investigate and consider equipment, experience or kismet loss; and assist with enquiries about strikes, bannings or lost passwords.

Shared IP addresses/servers should still be notified to the Complaints team, so that means using the Complaints Reporting forum in the manner described above.

Just bumping this thread as it appears someone is trying to send in a complaint via the old email system rather than here. This system has been in place for awhile now, perhaps it is an old player recently returned? In any case, complaints sent using the old email system are not being read. This is the system we are using now.
