Ok hoods might not be a new idea but what about hoods that hide your name from others, so they see only your adjective when the hood is worn? That would be fun for some classes I would think.

These exist in game already. =)

It's ingame, but it doesn't function how they said. It actually just gives a hood, I've tried it. Unless there's cloaks I havn't found with this function.

I've seen people walk around with an adjective of "A cloaked male human" so I would assume the latter.

Any imm/coder/RP councilperson to either confirm or deny this? Is such a thing ingame and coded?

Yes, as Jaenoic stated, such items are already in-game.

Actually, the adjective that you are seeing is the result of a skill in game. To my knowledge, there is no such item.

Its possible in the future to submit a quest/quest reward to the builder email or an item of an area that utilizes this ability as a hood if you wanted to.
