Random Lightning strike

Ran into a weird situation earlier in which I realized I was affected by call lightning without any apparent reason. I was told later that it was likely a random lightning strike from bad weather. As awesome as that is, there were a few issues with it, the main one being that I never received any echo indicating that I'd been hit by lightning, nor did I receive any damage. The only reason I noticed it was from the affects list. Being hit by lightning seems like a fairly large thing to not notice. Further more, the message I got when the affect wore off was !Call Lightning! which I don't think is intentional (though I'm just as excited about it as the code appears to be).

My resistance and reduction to electricity was normal and average, I wasn't wearing anything that would have caused a reduction or resistance to electricity, and since I don't know exactly when it happened, I don't know if I was indoors at the time or not. I wasn't affected by any spells at all at the time and magical items worn were: a brilliant green ioun stone, a rosewood ring decorated with an oak leaf, a silver necklace with a gem-encased feather, an amulet of communication, and an unicorn holy symbol. If you need any more info, I'm happy to provide.

I poked around a bit, but nothing. Do you recall where you were when this happened, what mobs you might of been interacting with? Any imms you irritated that day?

I'm moving to Unconfirmed but everyone feel free to chime in if you have seen anything similar or know how to replicate.

My tiefling had that happen once before but as he's resistant to elec. I didn't notice any damage or other affects. He was in Daggerford at the time it appeared on his affects sheet, though I can't remember just what he'd been doing at the moment. I do remember when the call lightening affect faded it had the same !Call Lightning! echo that Takket mentioned. Hope that helps out somewhat.

When cast on an NPC target on the testport, Call Lightning doesn't even have an affect...puzzling.

My guess is that there is an object with Call Lightning in a prog on it.
