FK email addresses
Alright, after being emailed from the staff of FK and notified that the complaints address is no longer regularly checked, I was wondering, do the other addresses get checked, or should I submit my respective emails elsewhere? Thank you in advance for any answers!

The complaints email address is not checked now because there's a new system in place to report via the message board.
Though actually I've just thought of something - previously people with more than one player per household would email the complaints address to give the staff a heads up in case of multiplay queries - who do we mail now?

You post any complaints in the complaint receiving forum. I think that includes shared ip addresses
May you find the knowledge you seek. If you find something else, it is still knowledge, and as such, still a gain.

I'll update the HOW TO to include references to Shared IPs still needing to be reported to the complaints team (which means the Complaints Reporting forum is where they need to go now)
