[SPELL] Toxic Aura

The idea for this spell was thinking about undead animating, as well as cause and cure affects. The animating force of undead is negative energy like unlife force I guess.
3rd Level Wizard Spell?
Necromancy?
Syntax: cast 'toxic aura' <target>
Info: Your spell makes the polarity of the lifeforce in your target less positive, causing their very body to become toxic to other living things. Whenever a creature is critically hit by the target, the creature has a chance of being poisoned, due to the severity of the wounds exposing more of them to the toxins. In addition, whenever the target is critically hit by a creature, that creature has a chance of being poisoned, due to the severity of the wounds exposing more of the toxins to them.
Cannot affect or target undead creatures.
Alternatives: Depending how powerful or not powerful people would like this spell to be if implemented... Perhaps it only offers half the benefits, instead of both. Or perhaps rather than a chance of poisoning something, its a chance of the poison spell being cast on them in some way, adding two levels of potential failure?
