Teacher/scholar feats

I'll be around tonight [= evening for Europe, but most likely afternoon for the US] at approximately this time to set teacher/scholar feats on those who would like them.
- You need to have Teacher/1 (you need to get it on your own).
- You need to gather people who can "vouch" for you (i.e., assert that you perform well in the roleplay of a teacher).
