Goblin toes -- flammable?

I am not sure about flavour wise, but from a utility point of view, there does seem to be a lot of them gathering up in places, perhaps this would allow them to be put to more use? Thoughts?

I'm against it. I wouldn't expect flesh to ignite well from the tools someone using the ignite command would be using, ICly.
OOCly, it removes the main use for charcoal/pieces of wood/slime/oil/other things whose purpose is only for starting fires. (or, the exception, spell components. but that's another story.)

Make them cookable/edible.

I don't think I really see the point of them actually. It's a rather strange trophy at best, a mound of goblin toes...unless I'm missing something.

There is one use for them I know of, but it's an out of the way one. Could we maybe make them ignitable without having them produce a flame, allowing for easy disposal without sabotaging the use of other items? Or would anyone think maybe a mob somewhere paying (for random example) 1 copper, worth it?

I was more thinking along the lines of massively decreasing the rate at which the drops occur, if that were possible. It's sort of odd to walk into a cavern with 89 goblin toes or whatever..

Another method could be tying them to a spell as a component.

How about fumble! Could be like the spell makes your body all bleh like you lost a few toes!

Because what we really really need is more component ick
Honestly, the idea of goblin toes as a component is far more gross to my mind than yuan-ti eyes.
May I also mention that both these are both body parts of sentient beings? (Evil ones obviously, but...still...)

Remove the current component!
Wait, what?

I actually REALLY like the idea of making them a component, the biggest reason because it is a great way for older wizards to get components by asking younger players to go kill goblins for them. It gives younger players coin AND experience/training and it helps out the wizard.
For what spell you ask?
Stinking cloud.

Spell: really stinky cloud
3d10 aoe poison damage + 1/caster level, NPCs under 8HD makes save vs death at -4
component: 100 goblin toes
