Air Genasi are fast and free willed. Because the traits that
identify an air genasi are subtle many go unrecognized for what they
truly are for many years, and are mistaken for sorcerors. Air Genasi
are descended from elemental outsiders from the Plane of Air. Most
of these bloodlines come from the time the Djinn ruled in Calimshan
where humans served in the harems of their Djinn rulers.
Air genasi look human, save for one or two unique characteristics
such as pale white skin, light blue skin, light blue hair, or flesh
that is cool to the touch. Due to banishings, death and imprisonings
it is almost impossible for an Air genasi to find their ancestor and
with crossbreeding it is very hard for air genasi to tell if two come
from the same bloodline. Many air genasi simply refer to each other
as cousins, although in an arrogant, and competitive way.
Air genasi generally lean toward the fighter class because of
their excellent dexterity and intelligence. They rarely follow
spellcasting paths, as many require too much study and they lose
interest fast. Those that do become spellcasters often favor spells
of air or electricty, as well as their innate abilities.
