Syntax: cast 'crushing despair' <target>
This spell instills great sadness in the subjects. Each affected creature
suffers a penalty on saving throws, attack rolls, luck checks, and weapon
damage rolls. Crushing Despair counters and negates Good Hope.
The spell affects all the creatures present in the room except those that
are allied with you if no target is specified. If a target is given, only
that creature is affected.
This spell cannot be cast by an invoker
