Syntax: demand <item> <target>
The demand command enables those of evil alignment to be able to
demand objects from mobiles without killing them. Some mobiles will
refuse, others will not take kindly to such a tactic, but others will
simply give in and hand it over.
Objects taken via demand are to be used and not sold. Demand should
NOT be used for gaining coins from a mobile. Demand is logged.
