Urdunnir, are an almost unknown branch of shield dwarves, long
forgotten. Also known as orecutter dwarves, these dwarves were
blessed by Dumathoin, and move through earth and stone as if it were
air itself, as well as being able to mold stone and metal with their
hands. Many serve Dumathoin as priests, believing that he blessed
the Urdunnir as his chosen, so they might appreciate the true beauty
of the earth, without needing to destroy it to do so.
Standing 4 and a half feet tall, orecutter dwarves greatly
outweigh an adult human. Stocky and muscular, they have a uniformly
gray skin tone, and silver eyes. Their hair is also gray, with
varying degress of black and silver highlights.
While Arcane spellcasters are almost unknown to the orecutter
dwarves, they have a strong divine spellcasting tradition, with many
serving both as clerics of Dumathoin, as well as smiths and
gemcutters.
