The Far North

The Far North, also known as the Savage North and the Savage Frontier,
is a wild, untamed, dangerous land located north and east of Waterdeep.
The North is a land of barbarians, goblin tribes and giant communities,
and is decorated with walled cities and ancient dwarven ruins.  The
highest mountains in the Kingdoms, the Spine of the World, form the
Norths uppermost border.
