Little is known about the wizard named Feebov, other than at some point he
was an apprentice to Shaaan the serpent queen. It is said that this human
lived in Waterdeep, some 200 odd years ago. He was outcast from the city when
the guards of Waterdeep found out that he was stealing corpses from the city
graveyard for foul experiments of his own. According to rumours, he had a
large mansion built, far away from the town, where he still is conducting
experiments on life after death.
Over the years Feebov has attempted to build armies of undead, only to be
stopped time and time again. He has allied hismelf with the powers of the
Abyss and Velsharoon, and each time his allies have failed, and yet Feebov
remains. Some say he has been biding his time, that every failure is a ruse
to hoard yet more power. This strategy has gained him the title of Arkenlich
of the Heartlands.
