This place is a place where fighters of any race come together for
competitions to help determine the hero of the guild. Dominated by the
arena, the building is filled with shops, within which merchants sell
wares specifically chosen for fighters. Although located in Waterdeep,
orc and drow are magically transported to the fair to compete. The
location has been chosen as it is in inside and not overly bright in
order for drow to have some resemblance of comfort.
