Syntax: cast 'finger of death' <target>
You can slay any one living creature within range. The target is entitled
to a saving throw to survive the attack. If the save is successful, the
creature instead takes damage. Note that the more powerful creatures will
only take damage from this spell, and not be instantly killed.
This spell cannot be cast by an illusionist
This spell cannot be cast by a transmuter
