Half drow are very rare. Since so many drow are irredeemably evil
they tend to only mate with humans though coercion or slavery. The only
exception to this is the Half-drow of Dambrath, who arise from
centuries old subjugation of human folk.
Half-drow have dusky skin, with silver or white hair and varied
eye colors. They are often as evil as their drow heritage, but with
a deep seated bitterness that comes from knowing they are second class
citizens in drow society. In human society they are often mistrusted
due to their heritage.
Half-drow can use the spells of both their drow, and human
lineage. As for priests those inclined to evil tend to follow a
member of the Drow Pantheon. For those of the Dambrath region, many
follow Loviatar the Goddess of Pain whose followers helped the Drow
conquer that region.
