Syntax: hitch <cart/disc> <self/mobile name>
Carts and floating discs may be hitched to yourself or an ICly appropriate
pet and pulled around, provided that the pulling entity is at least equal in
size to the object being pulled. (A medium-size human can't pull a large
cart.)
* If the object being pulled is heavy or bulky for the creature pulling it,
their top speed may be reduced.
Syntax: unhitch <cart/disc>
To unhitch a cart or disc from the creature pulling it, use the unhitch
command.
