Knowledge skills

Knowledge skills represent a study of some body of lore, by either academic
or by doing.  Knowledge skills cannot be learned at a trainer.  They are gained
from certain quests, as a side benefit, much like glory and experience and 
equipment is a benefit from some quests.  Knowledge of certain things may be
a requirement for certain prestige classes.
