Syntax: cast 'magic circle' <target>
All creatures grouped with the caster gain the effects of a protection
spell if no target is given. If a target is specified, only that target
is affected. See the protection spell for details on the affect.
* Magic Circle is a longer-lasting version of the protection spell, and
will not stack with it. Attempts to cast one while the other is in effect
will fail.
