Shoots a cone of fiery moonlight into the area. All targets in the area
suffer cold damage, damage to undead is increased. Furthermore, it forces all
shapechangers, polymorphed creatures etc. back to their natural form. The
residual glow upon the affected creatures makes them resistant to electricity.
