Mass Hold Monster

Enchantment (Compulsion) [Mind-Affecting]
Range: Ranged
Target: Defensive
Syntax: cast 'mass hold monster' 
 
This spell can be used in two ways. Either, by specifying a target, it
can act by holding just a single target or it can (if the caster does not 
specify a target) affect everyone the caster is not grouped with.
 
This spell cannot be cast by an invoker
