With this feat, you are fleet of foot. When you select 'speed run', you will
move appreciably faster than someone of the same race lacking the feat, and
tire more slowly as well. Where lesser mortals would 'run,' you will
'sprint.' [You will see this reflected in your speed indication; you will not
be able to set 'speed sprint' per se, but the command 'speed run' will attain
a sprint while using less stamina per move than an equivalent* character
running without the feat. *Note that encumbrance impacts stamina per move.]
This feat has no pre-requisites.
* This feat is not available to quadrupeds (including wemics and centaurs),
who have access to a different set of travel speeds (walk, trot, and gallop).
