Skull Island

This island is the stopover point for all slaves coming and going through 
Skullport. The conditions are terrible and one would never want to find 
themselves in this area alone, as they may be mistaken for a slave. This 
region is run by the Iron Ring.  Skull Island is also the place where boats
enter and leave via magical water lochs.
