Syntax: cast sandstorm [direction] [target]
A sandstorm spell directs a fierce gust of wind at its target, carrying fine
sand with it at incredible speed. This strips the target of its very skin,
immediately peeling away any protection offered by stone skin and dragonskin
protections and inflicting damage on par with a fireball.
* Include [direction] if your target is not in your immediate location
(highly recommended, with a sandstorm...)
* If [target] is omitted, the sandstorm will affect the first room it
enters, in a specified direction.
This spell cannot be cast by an invoker
