Note that it is not a chat room. Only builders who are allowed to remain idle
on this port are the builder admins, Mystra and Dalvyn, and the coders Mask
and Tyr. The only time you may log in your builder character on this port
is when you are working on your area. Even if you are a deity on our normal
port you may not log into this port unless it is to specifically build or
test your area. You may not use the port to chat or have OOC conversations
about anything besides building. Abuse of this policy will result in the loss
of your builders character on this port.
If you are not a builder, then you should only be here by the invitation of
a builder to test.
