The Stormcrows are the hated rivals of the Greyclaw guild. A long and heated
but utterly secret war between the two of them ended in the infamous Night of
Shy Knives, which saw the Greyclaws routed. The Stormcrows now occupy the
Greyclaws' lair and have a new agenda under new management. Little to nothing
is known yet of the victorious guild, other than a recent string of corpses
found having choked to death on a mouth full of dark feathers. Among these
dead are included many well known watch officers, corrupt nobles, wealthy
merchants, and influential criminals.
The Greyclaws were an organization of smugglers and thieves who operated only
against visitors and Tantran natives who have grown very rich, very arrogant,
very unscrupulous, or all three. More assassins than murderers, they took
back from those they saw with too much or who were too weak.
