Melian Bluethumb was born to Mama and Papa Bluethumb in the Golden Oaks. Her
parents were devout worshippers of Garl Glittergold. Melian learned at an
early age what Garl had to offer her and to her way of life. She soon found
she had divine gifts that she channeled into finding ways to spread the word
of Lord Garl. She spent most of her early decades conversing with the locals
in the Golden Oaks, and when her parents retired, she set out on her own in
search of other followers and the various temples dedicated to the Golden
Lord.
She met many friends along the way, most notably Granel, Boe Greenstone,
Glim, Japcil and many others. They all helped her realize her way in life and
offered her advice along the way. She travelled for many years fighting orcs,
kobolds and goblins along the way. She was named Glitterbright in order to
protect and earn friendships and allies for Garl Glittergold.
She eventually met Dapher Dullyn and married him, each taking a portion of
each others last names and combining them to make Dullthumb. She can now be
found, preaching about Garl Glittergold to those who will listen, and playing
pranks on the unknowing.
