\ It has come to the attention of the Lords of \| / /
\ Waterdeep that concerns have arisen concerning the \__/
\ safety of the City and her citizens. It has also \
\ become clear to the Lords that there exist some \
| elements within this City that strive to undermine |
| the forces that have been charged with the safety |
| of both the City and her citizens. |

| Thus, the following people have been banned from |
| walls of our fair City, under pain of death |
| and the confiscation of all of their belongings. |
| Only the Lords of Waterdeep may lift this |
| ban or grant amnesty of any sort. |
| |
| If any of those whose names be listed below are |
| found within the City of Waterdeep without leave |
| from the Lords of the city, their death penalty will |
| be carried out immediately. Their belongings |
| shall be confiscated and sold to cover the expenses |
| of the City and the Watch in dealing with them. |
