\ It has come to the attention of the Lords of \| / /
\ Waterdeep that there has been many questions about \__/
\ the safety of the city and citizens. It is also \
\ comes to the attention of the Lords that there are \
| elements within this city that strive to undermine |
| the forces that have been charged with the safety |
| of both city and citizens. |

| Thus, the following people have been charged and |
| found guilty of treason and conspiracy. The |
| punishment for treason is death, but through the |
| intervention of the City Watch Commander, the |
| sentence has been commuted. They are banished from |
| Waterdeep for life, if they return to the City for |
| any reason the death sentence will be reinstated |
| and carried out immediately, their belongings |
| confiscated and sold to cover expenses of the Watch |
| that they have so grievously harmed with their |
| actions. Only the Lords of Waterdeep may lift this |
| ban or grant amnesty of any sort. |

| The persons listed below have been charged and |
| found guilty of high treason against the Lords of |
| Waterdeep. Treason is punishable by death, but has |
| been commuted to banishment for life. If any of |
| these persons is found within the City of Waterdeep |
| without the leave of the Lords of the city, their |
| death penalty will be reinstated and carried out |
| immediately. Their belongings will be confiscated |
| and sold to cover the expenses of the Watch. |
