The need for this might be extremely small (only myself), but I think it would be highly useful (at least to me) if the online builder's lessons could be condensed into a single PDF, with a table of contents and chapters.
I frequently have computer access but with limited or no internet access and I think being able to code while I'm in this state would be a productive use of my time (and frankly, one of the times I would have to be able to code).
I know this might be quite a bit of work, so if the demand isn't there, please don't do it just for me. I could always work around it.

Arnof's old PDF version of the lessons (read: it is out of date) will be available soon on the builder's lesson page. They are still relevant, but missing some changes.
