Can bow be added to weapon finesse if the character also has rapid shot?
So that archers who don't harass strength can still get a decent toHit roll?
This would help balance Rangers who specialize in bows with other classes who are more swordplay focused.

Re: Weapon Finesse
Bows already use the dex modifier, not the str modifier, on tohit checks. Composite bows may be an exception to this, I don't remember for certain.

Re: Weapon Finesse
I believe that composite bows in the d20 format use +1-5 STR modifications to allow STR to be added to damage. Not sure if they serve that function here or not, but even in the case they do, those bows should still use DEX for targetting purposes.
Jamais arriere.
Re: Weapon Finesse
Ah, well I was looking at Weapons and bow has (Str, Lck) listed.
This is very minor really, but can we change the way the bow is recognized when combatmode Ranged is off and we hold the bow? So instead of getting a message as it checks out staff skill, it checks our bow skill and gives us a more appropriate message?
