[FEAT] Divine Shield (And an use for charisma)

You can channel energy to make your shield more effective for either offense or defense.

Prerequisite
Proficiency with a shield, Turn or rebuke undead ability,

Benefit
As a standard action, spend one of your turn/ rebuke undead attempts to channel energy into your shield, granting it a bonus equal to your Charisma modifier
While it could only be trained by paladins or clerics, it gives them an incentive to train charisma, either his shield (or the character if that would make the coding easier) is given a dodge bonus equal to his charisma bonus for half his character level rounds.

Warriors are currently required to have a score of 16 in CHA to become a paladin, but I like the idea nonetheless.
