Pre level five feats

I just thought this. Lol since it just happened to me, but is there a way to get the feats needed to be taken before level five to be put inside the tutorial area or even the newbie pits? I got to level five and forgot about one feat I wanted and now I'm missing out. I just don't want to see this happen to another person.

Yep, before L5 feats should be added to Elminster and hometown feats should probably be added to the weaponsmaster in the training area of those hometowns.
