[Trades] Arrowheads for favor

Greetings, I have a cleric of Gond and I didn't get any favor for making arrowheads but I did for a knife, aren't arrowheads still part of weapons same with bullets?

Without any testing, my guess is that Gond's favor (incurred by construct) only applies to the weapons and armour categories? What about jewelry?

I honestly don't know I haven't tried to make jewelery, I only have weaponsmithing and I made arrowheads but no favour from Gond.

In my testing crafting both arrowheads and bullets curries favor with Gond. What was the quality of the finished product?

The check looks to be on CONSTRUCT, but you may have to have a high enough roll (such that Gond feels you made something better than a mess). I can't say that definitively, though, I could not get it to happen. I can say that bullets and arrowheads are definitely eligible.

You do get favor for jewelry. I believe I have seen favor for arrowheads before, but I would need to test again. Usually happens for any type of constructing. I know you do not get favor for using the precision forge.

Ah, right, that's not trivial. A warrior with the appraise skill or an identify spell would do it, but that's probably about it. But I made some "worthless" grade arrowheads and confirmed I still got favour for it - so I can't think of a reason why you should not have gotten favour for successfully constructing arrowheads, if your deity is set to Gond, which I've confirmed it is.

All I can say is that you should have gotten favor if the construct was successful, and if you try it again and still don't get favor for it we'll have to actually look at your PC - it's not a general code issue.
