Horse tail hair

This might not be the case, but there seems to be a distinct lack of people selling horse tail hair. Could a few stable hosslers and masters sell it in some places? My suggestion being the gentlerest in waterdeep

ICLY In the making of fine rope... some clothes and so on.

I suggest it mostly because it gives non pacifists a way of getting it that doesn't involve killing bandits and incase they wanted to be a little more independant of asking other PCs for it like anyone else.

There is a really easy IC method for acquiring this component; you need only ask someone IC.
