Wooden armatura would be nice.
Wooden armatura would be nice.
Many a times, I would take a young warrior to the Fields of Triumph to teach the skills of the blade. However, when role-playing this, both of us would often have to awkwardly wrap up our blades with cloth to avoid accidental disembowelment. Can we add wooden practice weapons to the list sold at every fighter's guild? Or, even better, have a few big weapon racks of them available for warriors to use.

Wasters are available in the larger temples of some more martial faiths (Helm and Torm at least). We can look into adding these elsewhere, too.
Also, armatura refers to Roman drill with wooden weapons, not the weapons themselves. Wooden weapons in Western Martial Arts are usually called wasters. In Eastern Martial Arts, you have the bokken and shinai (at least in my experience with kendo).

Wasters, got it.
I think that these should be made available in all the fighter's guilds. Especially big and popular ones like the Gilded Lance and Waterdeep's Field of Triumph.

Sure, there's not an opportunity in some of those places, but it's something that builders can include in future areas. Thanks for the good suggestion.
