Just a quick suggestion that bullet bags be sold at the halfling town of Corn Omp and perhaps Golden Oaks as well. One of my characters currently uses a quiver for his bullets.
Perhaps they can be worn on a variety of over top locations (arms, legs, body, belt, wrist)

This is an excellent idea.
