Domain Spells

I have been trying to find the answers in the help files but I'm not having any luck. What I was wondering is if domain spells level up like other spells (Inept-Grandmaster), or if they are just set at a specific skill level?

I believe they are fixed at a set skill forever.

I was once told by another player that they become stronger as your character advances in levels. Personally I have never had a guilded priest, so I cannot confirm whether this is true or not, though.

I remember reading it somewhere as well. Though through experience. Your domain spells get more power in because some spells are coded to do so if cast by a higher level character. E.g. Banishment, holy word.

I'm fairly sure domain spells do not increase in skill level.

I have been told but do not know for certain, that favor level will affect domain spells.
