Sooo, super strange question.
I seem to have gained a level out of nowhere some time today. I went back through the day's logs and triple confirmed that I didn't accidentally train level somehow or anything, but I'm definitely a level higher than I was this morning.
This ever happen to anyone? Any ideas why it might have happened? I'm mostly just really curious. I've made a point to keep my level under a certain number, so it sorta jumped out at me when I saw score. The only thing I can possibly think of is that before the increase, I was hit with an energy drain with a maxed XP pool and then got a restoration. ...Does restoration give more XP than was lost somehow?
Anyway, thanks ahead of time for any insight! Curious to see if anyone else's experienced this.

If you were at max, then drained, then gained xp, then restoration'd, it would put you up a level.

Even if you don't gain xp after being drained. As long as the amount of xp you originally lost through drain is enough to level and you are restored. The game will auto level you.
I trained up double-edged bananas because the uber-plantain of doom I scored from the beehive quest was the best weapon in the game. Now it's being treated like a bug and they have gimped its damage! That's not fair! My character is ruined!
