When I purchased a set of clothes from the wizard outfit merchant in Zhentil Keep, he says you'll get a magical trinket with the purchase. In previous times, it was a glowing ring. This time, it wasn't any sort of magical trinket, no glowing flag on the ring. Not sure if it's intentional or not.

Issue is fixed. Please provide NPC's actual name in the future; makes these faster.
