Buggy harp

So, I found I have this harp with an attached song, and it has a few issues.

I am sure I bought it from one of these vendors more than a year ago. Don't recall which one, but the item should be the same:

a small harp carried by Samous.
a mouth harp carried by Derelin.
a mouth harp carried by Duvamil.
a small harp carried by Duvamil.

This should help identify the item.

As for the bug, it is best shown with a picture:

Issues:
a)The item is called lute both in its description "This lute has a song" and in the first emote when the program is triggered "You strum your fingers on the strings of the lute."
b)Several lines of the programs do not trigger the smotes correctly, as it can be seen from from the unmatching colors in the picture.
