Quest from unvisited area

[Rannas]

Hey! Somehow, Rannas has picked up a quest from an area that I know he'd never visited before. The quest is to find Simon the familiar for Eldon in the Snakewood conjuration guild. His qlog reads:

You are helping Eldon find his familiar, Simon.
Bring Simon back to Eldon.

But this isn't an NPC he's ever seen before, he's a fresh PC cleric who never would have had a reason to visit that out-of-the-way conjuration guild. But since I never saw the quest info directly from the NPC, I have no idea how to complete this quest. Also when I brought it up to someone more knowledgeable, it came up that the quest might not even be intended for people outside of the guild in the first place.

Couldn't figure out how this happened. I'll leave it as unconfirmed in case it happens again.

I just had this happen in a different area to the first report.

In the elven village in Ankhwood (starts at 116500), completed first quest, qlog local reads

Took the second quest from Stilathorn (116506) in the same elf area, then qlog local now reads

Quest Journal:
You have begun your lessons on smelting in the school of mining.
You are leaning the different pieces of equipment needed for smelting.
You have helped the Wild Elves clear the gnolls from the forest.
Stilathorn has asked you to gather A piece of wood, blessed water, and phosphorus.

This PC hasn't been to the school of mining and that entry wasn't in the qlog until this moment.

This is most definitely not fixed...Changing the qbits messed something up. You can somehow now get multiple quest rewards. I am checking into this now.
But until this is done, someone can just sit here and rack up this picks.
