Semberholme Area Requirements

I'm not sure if this is the right area to post this in -- however, does anyone know why I might suddenly be barred from entering Semberholme? I have an uncompleted quest that I wanted to try my hand at, but the brambles bar my passage. I've tested times of day and still nothing. Any assistance is appreciated.
