Paladin Process Update (sort of)

Please work within your faiths to make paladins happen. You can feel free to apply for help in the process for things like access to the Celestial Stables or those things detailed in the help files (e.g. paladin squires, paladin frequently asked questions, and others), but your faiths will make paladins of a quality commensurate with their ability to select and guide them through the process.

The paladin process has been capable of being totally player run for some time. The object dispensing tokens for lessons can also dispense all the other necessary objects from page to paladin assuming that the user has the right credentials:

Who has those credentials? Existing paladins and the FMs of the following faiths: Tyr, Torm, Helm, Ilmater, Corellon, Sune, Mystra, Lathander, and Kelemvor. From an IC standpoint, Harroghty and Humfry are currently members of the paladin council; they also have what we'll call "admin rights" to the statue.
