Quicklings

I have made a recent post about svirfneblin gnomes but what about quickling halflings. Are we alound to roleplay quickling halflings?
only problem is they talk like this

I-will-not-go-to-that-place-I-do-not-like-that-their-leader.

Quicklings are actually not halflings.

But all races not in the character creation are not allowed until the new character creation comes out.
