Same House Nobles

I don't know if this has been brought up before, but it came up today while I was rping my drow with other drow. I was wondering how nobles of the same house reguard each other. Are they brother/sister, cousins, or what? Any help is appreciated.

Though it might be odd, all nobles of a certain house are the son/daughters of their Matron Mother. Thus they are all brothers and sisters. A good habit that I do and many other drow as well is when meeting someone of your house you automatically greet them, as they should no doubt know your name already, having grown up with you.

Not ALL drow nobles are the children of the Matron mother.

Some might be adopted, others are the children of her children. In some way, they're all related, but not necessarily all siblings.
