Forage

I'm offering an idea for rangers, delete this if it's been covered before. The idea is a skill named forage, with this skill rangers or druids could produce food substances from outdoor areas. Nothing big, but maybe edible flowers, roots, tubers, the like. It'd maybe add a bit of depth to the RP.

I dunno if its been covered before, would be useful. Another alternative to those diverse diet minded tree-huggers and hunters.

But also, there are ways to forage in the game in certain areas. You will hafta find out IC though.

I really like that idea. A ranger in the wild would not have to carry rations with him. He would be able to live off the land.

This skill is already covered in the slice and cook skill.

Also, there are coded things in the game a charactrer can pick up, such as berries, apples, mushrooms and the like.

Rangers are already coded so that is they desire, they never have to set foot in a city.

Maybe if instead of being a trade, it could be coded into part of search for Rangers and Druids, only when they're in outdoor areas?
