Will we consider a costly spell that boosts the luck attribute?

There is already one like this in the game, I beleive.
Glim asks Gwain 'Can I be on the watch?!?'
Gwain raises an eyebrow.

There is already the spell 'good fortune' that is given to clerics of Tymora that boosts luck.
