#JUSTICE - Where should it be in the area file?

I just thought you might want to know about this.....

In the Area Template, the Header Flags Lesson, and the Area Sample the Justice section is in a different place in each. I am guessing that it matters where it goes and there is only one correct place for it.
I am ready to meet my Maker. Whether my Maker is prepared for the great ordeal of meeting me is another matter.
