Paladin's warhorse

Currently the warhorse from the "warhorse" spell will give the PC a mount that shies away from evils. This is good for some PCs, but it makes the mount seem frightened of evil. The fact is a paladin's bonded mount should be courageous in the face of its master's foes. Since for paladins the warhorses are divinely given (they pray to their gods for the mount) should they be considered bonded mounts? If so then I propose a new echo for a paladin's warhorse. Instead of shieing away from evil, they could perhaps neigh, snort, or stamp their hooves.
